Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Oregon University with a BS in Health and Human Performance with an Exercise Science concentration. She received her Personal Training Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. She has been training clients for the past 3 years, but her first client was herself! At her heaviest weight, she was over 400 pounds, and learned how to adopt a healthy lifestyle to maintain her weight loss for the past 7 years. She loves empowering her clients on their own individual health and fitness journeys.
