How do I get access to the app?

Members gain access to the Idaho Fitness Factory app through their email address attached to their membership account.
If you didn’t receive a welcome email from us, please fill out this form.

Every app user needs their own unique email address attached to their account. If you do not have a unique email address attached to your membership, please fill out the form below.

Getting Started

Trouble Signing in?

  1. If you have not received the invitation email from us, tap the “Get My Login” button on the app sign in page.
  2. You should receive an email from us. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
  3. If you still do not receive the invitation email, fill out the form above. Our staff will update your member account with the email address you provide.

How to check in thru the app

  1. Open the Idaho Fitness Factory App.
  2. Tap the “Check In” button when 1-2 feet from the door OR tap the “Scan” button to scan the QR code by the door to gain access to the club.

Update Payment Method

  1. Open the Idaho Fitness Factory App.
  2. Tap on “My Account”.
  3. Tap “Update Billing Info”.
  4. Edit your payment method following the prompt.

Accessing Features

Access Pre-built workouts

  1. Tap the menu button in the top left corner.
  2. Select “Workouts”.
  3. Choose from several different premade workouts.
  4. Click each exercise to learn more information.
  5. Tap the edit icon in the top right to track reps and weight.
  6. To save your progress tap the save button in the bottom right corner.

Send messages to staff

  1. Open the Idaho Fitness Factory App.
  2. Tap the mail icon at the bottom of the home screen.

Body Stats

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left of the screen.
  2. Select “Measurements”.
  3. Tap the + Icon.
  4. Input your body stats in each category. You do not have to fill every stat.
  5. Tap the check mark when finished.
