Freeze Policy:
Any Idaho Fitness Factory member may put their agreement on freeze for a period of up to 3-months.There is no fee for a freeze and no dues or annual fees will be collected during the freeze period. To initiate a freeze members must submit a Freeze form through the Idaho Fitness Factory website or sign form in club. If you submit a form through the website, do not assume your membership is frozen until you receive a confirmation email.
Cancel Policy:
Monthly memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis until member submits a Cancellation form through Idaho Fitness Factory website, or signs Cancellation form in club. If you submit a form through the website, do not assume your membership is canceled until you receive a confirmation email. A notice of 3-5 days before the next due date is required to avoid being billed for upcoming month. There are no fees for cancellation.
