Can I bring a guest?
Unlimited members can bring 2 guests per day during staffed hours for free, all other guest need to pay $5 per visit. Age requirements apply. Guests must be 18-years or older unless they come with a parent or guardian. Guest must check in at the front desk before using the gym. Guest are only allowed during staffed hours.
Is my membership valid at all locations?
Unlimited members have 24/7 access to all locations. Home Club members have 24/7 access to their home club.
Is there a fee to cancel?
No.
What are your staffed hours?
Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm & Saturdays 10am - 2pm
What are the busiest times?
The peak hours are Mon-Thurs 5am - 8am & 5pm - 7:00 pm.
How does the tanning work?
Unlimited members have 24/7 access to tanning. Staff members are available to explain the process during staffed hours.
What is the Annual fee?
The annual fee is a once a year membership fee that allows us to keep the monthly dues at an affordable level.
Can I pay cash each month?
No, we do not accept cash at any of our locations. If you want to avoid monthly dues, we offer 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid options.
What is the minimum age?
12 years of age. All members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult member.
What is the policy for lockers?
Day use lockers are available to all members.
Do you have childcare?
Every location has a kid's room that is available to all members 24/7. The kid's rooms are unsupervised. Children under the age of 12 must remain in the kids' room and children under the age of 3 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
How do i receive 24/7 door access?
Download the "IFF Members" app off the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Login to your Idaho Fitness Factory account, tap "Check In" and hold your phone near the door scanner.
