About Us

Built for this community by this community

Idaho Fitness Factory was born in the Treasure Valley and has grown to more than 10 locations across it. Even though we’ve grown to where we are today, we never forget where we come from.

All our gyms operate the same as the day we opened. We listen to our members and do our best to provide gyms they actually use. While maintaining every one of them, so they’re spotless every time you’re there.

Serving the Treasure Valley since 2011

"Super friendly staff; a good variety well maintained equipment, a great collection of dumbbells, jump boxes, a heavy bag with gloves, and a few other goodies. You could do conditioning for athletics easily in here and the patrons are generally respectful and friendly in my experience."

“I love this gym it's so close to my house and I can go in any time I want since it's open 24 hours a day! The staff is very friendly they will help with any questions you may have. There is a children's room which is very nice”

“Personally I think IFF is one of the best gyms out there in general. I decided to come back and i'm glad I did, they have machines that I haven't seen in past gyms and the gym vibes are always there!”
