I am a 36 year old mother of 3 who knows that finding time for health and fitness can be hard. My passion is helping people attain a higher quality of life through fitness. No matter your limitations we can work together to meet your goals!

I received my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I pride myself on the ability to adapt to each person’s unique abilities and level of fitness.

Candi is a fun, energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic instructor! Being physically fit has always been very  important to her, and she loves to share her talent and motivation with others. Her class will leave you feeling great and wanting more! Initially Candi only taught Zumba, but has come to love many many formats.
She is a mom of 4 who never let pregnancy slow her down. You'll see her at the gym in every stage. She knows how quickly busy days can drag you down, so she likes to be an inspiration to WANT to go to the gym. Prepare for a fun time, new friends, and a great attitude--your time here is going to count!

Celeste is a mother of 2 teens, wife, home-educator, fitness instructor and personal trainer. As a former figure competitor and Certified Personal Trainer she realized that with out the right education and habits, her clients would not be able to achieve all they desired in the realms of physical transformation. Celeste is passionate about helping women achieve greater body freedom, health and self confidence with habits that will support a lean body for life.

Barbell Club-- Olympic weightlifting can turn anyone into an athlete. Learn the lifts here from a Level 2 Advanced Club coach, certified through USA Weightlifting. You'll get faster, stronger, more coordinated, and have a great time in a group training atmosphere. Whether you're training to compete, or just for fun, you won't regret trying this class.

I'm a level 2 (advanced sports performance coach) with USA weightlifting, so I love coaching the Olympic lifts. I'm also a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. I've worked with pro MMA athletes, some serious runners, and done S&C programs for high school and youth sports teams. Finally, I'm a firefighter. I've been helping put together a PT and wellness program for MRFD, where I work. I love learning how to help people better, so I take my education and credentials seriously. Whether you're a pro athlete, weekend warrior, or average Joe, I can help you reach and exceed your goals. 


Amanda Wheeler

Amanda Wheeler is new to the Boise area, she comes to you from Omaha, NE. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Exercise Science. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and is also a certified Yoga instructor.

Amanda has over 10 years experience in the health and wellness field. Her passion is helping people of all ages reach their individual health and fitness goals whether it's to lose weight, gain strength or have more energy for their grandkids.

Amanda and her husband love to travel for sports and good food. She is currently training for her third half marathon and can't wait to meet YOU!

Chris Ankher is a Certified Personal Trainer and Advanced Nutrition Specialist who's dedicated to enhancing, and helping clients create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. After spending nearly a decade working as a volunteer basketball coach and health enthusiast for 94 Feet of Familiarity, Chris knows what truly drives physical awareness, mental toughness, and harnessing the capability to creat change and it's contrary to the basic form of diet and exercise. It's how well you're able to connect your mentality with what one wishes to accomplish physically to create change.

Chris has experience coaching various types ranging from a broad spectrum, including strength and flexibility, balance, endurance, HIIT, functional fitness, as well as CBT which deals in psychological/emotional and economic health. In addition to his extensive PT and nutritional experience, Chris is a trained Life Coach.
